Event Report definition

Event Report means a report released by the Event Calculation Agent after receipt of an Event Calculation Notice, determining whether the occurrence of an Event constitutes a Cash Settlement Event and specifying the corresponding Cash Settlement Amount due, if any.
Event Report means a confidential, internal electronic, telephonic, or paper submission used for reporting of events for identification of patient safety issues and performance improvement initiatives. This submission is not a part of the medical record.
Event Report means a report of an event identified through processing of vehicle telematics data in the context of a vehicle enrolment and any associated operating conditions, or a possible malfunction or Tampering. An Event Report may contain Personal Information.

More Definitions of Event Report

Event Report means, with respect to a potential Named Storm Event, a report substantially similar in form to Exhibit B to the Event Calculation Agent Agreement, given to IBRD (with a copy thereof to the Ceding Reinsurer, Insurer, Insured and the Global Agent) by the Event Calculation Agent based on the Named Storm Event Parameters as available from the Named Storm Reporting Agency on the applicable Calculation Date. The Event Report for each potential Named Storm Event shall (i) confirm whether such Named Storm Event has or has not occurred,(ii) include a calculation (and its components) of the Named Storm Payout Amount (which may be zero (US$0)) and (iii) specify the amount of the Class B Principal Reduction (if any) to be applied on the next Principal Reduction Date, assuming that no further Event Reports in respect of such Principal Reduction Date are delivered with respect to the Class B Notes, in each case in accordance with the provisions hereof and of the Event Calculation Agent Agreement.   • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.
