Event Quotation definition
Event Quotation means the quote issued by CAC for the Hirer’s Event which includes the Hire Fees (the amount of the Deposit and/or Bond if applicable), and any additional fees and charges as reasonably determined by CAC as the date of the Event Quotation;
Examples of Event Quotation in a sentence
A final invoice for the balance of the Event Quotation plus any incidental costs, incurred on the Event Date, including bar tabs or additional services will be issued post your event and is payable within 7 days of receipt.
The Identification Documents shall accompany the signed Event Quotation.
If the Hirer accepts the Event Quotation, upon acceptance, a Venue Hire Agreement will come into existence and CAC will raise a tax invoice for the Hire Fees.
In all instances, the Client must have paid at least 50% of the Event Quotation prior to the event date.
