Event Mark definition

Event Mark means the Event trade ▇▇▇▇, as set out at Schedule 1;
Event Mark means the Mark(s) for the Relevant Event;

  • The Licensor represents and warrants that it is the owner or licensee of the Event Mark or Charity Partner ▇▇▇▇ as appropriate.
