Event Lawn definition

Event Lawn means the open space and improvements contemplated by the Site and Complex Plan and as more particularly described in the Approved Plans, including all property, real, Event of Default has the meaning ascribed in Article VII.

  • Additionally, during any Special Event, Tenant shall retain the services of a certified security guard company to provide security services due to public beach access and the sale of alcohol associated with use of the Event Lawn.

  • Tenant is authorized to host “Special Events” within the Event Lawn, which are private events where alcohol may be sold, served and consumed, hosted by Tenant with the assistance and approval of Tenant contractors, lifeguards, security guards (as further explained below) and as approved by County through OC Parks permitting process, which approval shall not be unreasonably denied.

Related to Event Lawn

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of drayage truck owners and operators that threatens public health and safety or the reasonable flow of goods movement.

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, the consequences of which would have been unavoidable despite all efforts to the contrary and include without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks (including without limitation power failures, mobile network failures and Internet disturbances). This would also include suspension of our Services resulting from maintenance and upgrades to our systems or the systems of any party used to provide our Services, outages on any phone network or in the case of mobile networks where you are not in an area of mobile coverage.

  • Banquet Event Order or “BEO” means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. ▇▇▇’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Train Operator Event of Default has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 6;

  • Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.
