Event Facilities definition

Event Facilities means all locations, offices, reception and meeting room facilities used for official purposes connected to the Event (including award ceremony facilities, race offices, accreditation office, meeting rooms used for official meetings [team captains' meetings, press conference announcements or presentations], press centre, service infrastructures).
Event Facilities means all locations, offices, reception and meeting room facilities used for the organisation for official purposes in addition to the COMPETITION VENUE (including event offices, accreditation office, teams meetings, press conference, announcements, presentations, volunteers, vendors, SPR), press and media centre, service infrastructures including power, site lighting, storage, Toilets, F & B , activation spaces, catering, first aid, box office, security and hospitality areas).
Event Facilities means all locations, offices, reception and meeting room facilities used for official purposes connected to the Event (including award ceremony facilities, race offices, accreditation office, meeting rooms used for official meetings [team captains' meetings, press conference rooms, rooms for announcements or presentations], press center, service infrastructures);

Examples of Event Facilities in a sentence

  • The Event Venue including the Course and all Event Facilities have been inspected by the FIS as part of the application procedure.

  • The Event Venue including the Course and all Event Facilities have been inspected by FIS as part of the application procedure.

  • Hirer must vacate the Event Facilities and the Centre, and remove any thing brought into the Centre by Hirer or any of its representatives, before the Hiring Period ends.

  • Hirer must not display or distribute any posters, signs, advertising or other written or printed material in the Centre, other than inside the Event Facilities, without the prior written approval of BCEC Management.

  • Hirer must comply with and perform its obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act as an employer, person in control of a workplace or otherwise in respect of the Event and the Event Facilities for the Hiring Period.

  • The Event Venue including the Course and all Event Facilities have been in- spected by the FIS as part of the application procedure.

  • The Hirer uses and occupies the Centre and Event Facilities at the risk of the Hirer.

  • The Event Venue including the Jumping Hill and all Event Facilities have been inspected by the FIS as part of the application procedure.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇ cancels all or part of the Event or notifies BCEC Management that it no longer requires all or part of the Event Facilities within 3 days before the start of the Hiring Period, then ▇▇▇▇▇ must also pay to BCEC Management as liquidated damages an amount equal to the Estimated Costs (calculated in accordance with clause 4.1) in respect of that part of the Event or Event Facilities cancelled or no longer required.

  • BCEC retains the sole rights to the following seats which do not in any way form part of the capacity of the Event Facilities hired to Hirer under this Contract.

Event Facilities means all locations, offices, reception and meeting room facilities used by the organisation for official purposes in connection with the EVENT (including award ceremonies, race offices, accreditation office, meeting rooms used for official meetings [teams captains' meetings, press conference, announcements, presentations], press centre, service infrastruc-tures).

Related to Event Facilities

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Exit Facilities means, collectively, the Exit ABL Facility and the Exit Term Loan Facility.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
