Event Content definition

Event Content is all materials utilized/presented during the event session.
Event Content means all information, images, and other content posted on Octo’s Website related to Events.
Event Content means all information presented or disseminated during or in relation to an event;

  • Use of Event Content You will not reproduce or record any written materials, virtual meetings, video, any material on the Services, or other materials provided by Red Hat or any speaker during the Event, including but not limited to images, software, audio, text and video clips, in their entirety and distribute them in any form.

  • Anyone obtaining access to the Event Content or Confidential Information is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

  • GS1 US may terminate this Agreement immediately, upon the occurrence of any of the following events; (i) if You fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation; (ii) You misappropriate or disclose any trade secret or Confidential Information of GS1 US (including, but not limited to, any Event Content or Confidential Information), or otherwise infringe any other intellectual property right of GS1 US, or engage in any other activities prohibited by law.

  • Event Content – You acknowledge and agree that LO, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

  • All applicants for Media Credentials must complete the online Media Credential application, including without limitation, the “Coverage Explanation” section, which details the Media Organization’s and/or Credential Bearer’s requested access and proposed editorial uses of the Event Content.

  • For 30 calendar days after the effective date of termination or expiration of these Global Terms of your applicable Order, Your Event Content will be available to You for export or download as provided in the Documentation.

  • During a Subscription Period, You grant RingCentral a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, license to use, store, edit, reproduce, modify and copy that Event Content as reasonably necessary or desirable for RingCentral to provide You the Services.

  • If Registrant participates or otherwise gives a presentation at the Event, GS1 US is granted the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to record, use, reproduce, publish, copy and distribute each presentation in all forms of media, including printed and electronic Event Content, including, but not limited to, printed Registrant notes, the Event website, and audio and/or video recordings (digital and/or analog), without royalties or fees payable to Registrant.

  • All applicants for Media Credentials must complete the online Media Credential application, including without limitation, the “Coverage Explanation” section, which details the Media Organization’s and/or Credential Xxxxxx’s requested access and proposed editorial uses of the Event Content.


More Definitions of Event Content

Event Content means the content made available by Organizer to Attendees in the course of the Event, as well as all content made available by Organizer on the Website, except Speaker Content.

Related to Event Content

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available athttp://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • digital content means data which are produced and supplied in digital form;

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Assistive device means any item, piece of equipment, or product system which is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of an individual with a disability in the workplace or on the job. “Assistive device” does not mean any medical device, surgical device, or organ implanted or transplanted into or attached directly to an individual. “Assistive device” does not include any device for which a certificate of title is issued by the state department of transportation, but does include any item, piece of equipment, or product system otherwise meeting the definition of “assistive device” that is incorporated, attached, or included as a modification in or to such a device issued a certificate of title.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.
