Event Content definition

Event Content is all materials utilized/presented during the event session.
Event Content means all information presented or disseminated during or in relation to an event;
Event Content means all information, images, and other content posted on Octo’s Website related to Events.

  • Anyone obtaining access to the Event Content or Confidential Information is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

  • GS1 US may terminate this Agreement immediately, upon the occurrence of any of the following events; (i) if You fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation; (ii) You misappropriate or disclose any trade secret or Confidential Information of GS1 US (including, but not limited to, any Event Content or Confidential Information), or otherwise infringe any other intellectual property right of GS1 US, or engage in any other activities prohibited by law.

  • REAL retains approval right of the performance, exhibition, or entertainment to be offered under this Agreement, and LICENSEE agrees that no such activity or part thereof shall be given or held if REAL files written objection on the ground that the Event is legally obscene, fails to uphold Event advertising claims or violates Event Content Restrictions (if any) agreed to in writing by both parties at the time of completion of the Agreement.

  • All applicants for Media Credentials must complete the online Media Credential application, including without limitation, the “Coverage Explanation” section, which details the Media Organization’s and/or Credential Bearer’s requested access and proposed editorial uses of the Event Content.

  • Use of Event Content You will not reproduce or record any written materials, virtual meetings, video, any material on the Services, or other materials provided by Red Hat or any speaker during the Event, including but not limited to images, software, audio, text and video cl ips, in their entirety and distribute them in any form.

  • In addition, You agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Event Content, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs.

  • Individuals who are under eighteen (18) years of age should not view the Event Content or participate in the Event.

  • To view the Event Content, each individual must register individually and separately on the website.

  • The Event Content is appropriate for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

  • Registration on the website grants permission only to the Registrant to view the Event Content.


More Definitions of Event Content

Event Content means the content made available by Organizer to Attendees in the course of the Event, as well as all content made available by Organizer on the Website, except Speaker Content.

Related to Event Content

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.
