Event Charge definition

Event Charge means the payment to be made by the Exhibitor/Sponsor for the Exhibition space at, or the sponsorship of, the Event;
Event Charge means the amount calculated pursuant to rule 11.5.2 of section IV of part C;
Event Charge. Micros receipt will say, “Event Charge compensates support staff. Gratuity is at your discretion.” If a relevant Governmental Body determines that “Event Charge” means “gratuity” this clause will become null and void.

  • In event of any cancellation, abandonment or postponement pursuant to a) above, the Organiser shall reimburse the Event Charge to the Exhibitor/Sponsor subject to first deducting an amount to cover the Organiser’s reasonable administration costs.

  • Nothing herein shall preclude Contractor, in the event that Contractor does not reflect such Annual Volume Dependent TN Porting Event Charge Reduction when and as required under Section 34.3(e), from issuing an adjustment credit to reflect the proper computation, division, apportioning, issuance, application, and invoicing of the Annual Volume Dependent TN Porting Price Reduction on any one or more invoices issued after such Annual Volume Dependent TN Porting Event Charge Reduction became effective.

  • For each calendar year commencing in 2005 and concluding in 2011, Contractor shall temporarily reduce, in accordance with Section 34.3, the Prevailing TN Porting Event Charge for Allocated Payors in the Subscribing Customer’s Service Area by the respective amount of Annual Volume Dependent TN Porting Price Reductions set forth in the following tables below (each an “Annual Volume Dependent TN Porting Price Reduction”).

  • In the Event of the Exhibitor/Sponsor cancelling its participation in the Event less than three months before the Event, the Exhibitor/Sponsor shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Event Charge.

  • Starting with Year 3 and for the remainder of the Initial Term, the most current Event Charge rates set forth in Schedule B-3 (Rate Card) will be increased annually by the COLA.

  • In addition to the other remedies available to Port under this Lease for an Event of Default under Sections 23.1(d) or 23.1(f), if Tenant uses the Premises in violation of material Special Event procedure or for the same type of Prohibited Use more than two (2) times within a twelve (12) month period, then Tenant will pay Port the Prohibited Use Charge or Prohibited Special Event Charge as further described in Section 4.6, or the No Access Charge as further described in Sections 1.5(b)(ii) and 1.6(a)(iv).

  • The set-up fee is as follows: Billing Service Event Charge: $500 per unique event with original set-up Customer shall pay Cingular within 30 days upon receipt of invoice.


More Definitions of Event Charge

Event Charge means that part of the Licence Fee which comprises the Space Hire Charge, the Food and Beverage Charge and other usage charges including additional security, cleaning and other items provided by MCET or its Agents. Food and Beverage Charge means that part of the Event Charge which is calculated by reference to the food and beverage requirements of an Event.
Event Charge. Has the meaning given in Section 2.5 (Event Charges) of Schedule B (Charges).
