Event Activity definition

Event Activity means the purpose for which the venue has been booked.
Event Activity has the meaning given to it in Schedule 14 (Payment Schedule).
Event Activity means the purpose for which the Event Location has been booked

Examples of Event Activity in a sentence

  • Any use by Permittee of the adjacent Greenway which would impact the free flow and passage along the Greenway shall be by separate Special Event Activity permit only.

  • L) NOT-FOR-PROFIT - The Homeowner/Authorized Resident warrants that the Event Activity itself does not constitute a for-profit commercial purpose and/or enterprise (example: swap meet).

  • Each service shall be considered complete when CernerCONTRACTOR has rendered the applicable services, delivered the technology solution, provided the knowledge transfer, delivered the documentation, and ClientCOUNTY has reviewed the deliverables and agrees in writing by signing an Event Activity Report (EAR) that such service is complete.

  • To the extent the Port and its cruise terminal operator are not able to reasonably accommodate a particular Event Activity, Manager shall have the right to cancel or, subject to the client’s consent, relocate or reschedule any Event Activity.
