Evenly distributed definition

Evenly distributed means that the trees and other plants are distributed around the parking lot perimeter and between parking bays to provide a partial canopy where practical. Required trees may be clustered to provide visual interest. At a minimum, one tree per 6 parking spaces on average must be planted to create a partial tree canopy over and around the parking area. All parking areas with more than 50 spaces must include landscape islands with trees to break up the parking area so that no parking space is more than 70 feet away from a landscape island.
