Evenings definition

Evenings second (2nd) shift: The shift differential shall be sixty cents ($.80) per hour for the evening shift. The evening shift differential shall be paid for any full time shift where 50% or more of the hours scheduled occur after 3:00 p.m. and before 11:00 p.m.
Evenings shall be defined as any time beyond the contractual work day and up to 3.5 hours in duration each day. Time designated for parent conferences may not be redirected to any purpose and employees shall be free to work on-site at their own discretion during that time if not otherwise engaged in conferencing with families.

Conferences beyond the 2021-2022 school year shall be negotiated as necessary.
