At any time during the Term and after this agreement is terminated, Provider must participate in any evaluation or review of the OSOM EVDS as requested by Roads and Maritime, including any independent evaluation or review conducted by a third party.
All vacation days including single vacation days and EVDS are subject to approval by the Chief of Police or his/her designee which approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
There shall be a maximum of twelve (12) emergency vacation days (EVDS) that may be taken during a calendar year; except that each officer may only use two (2) EVDS from Thanksgiving to December 31.
RMS will not be held liable for any supply of equipment by a Provider to a customer as any such transaction is outside the scope of the OSOM EVDS.
