EVALUATION UNITS definition

EVALUATION UNITS means [*] outstanding at any given time selected pursuant to the Evaluation Process from the Systems offered for sale by StorageTek with the configurations specified in the Evaluation Process or otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.
