The Parties shall communicate issues regarding the relationship between the Shipper and the shippers upstream and downstream of the EUS transmission system by using shared Shipper codes.

The Partnership shall have received a certificate signed on behalf of Parent, EUS and Merger Sub by an executive officer of Parent certifying that the conditions set forth in Section 9.3(a) and Section 9.3(b) have been satisfied.
The Shipper shall inform EUS about changes of Shipper’s respective Upstream-Downstream pairs minimum five (5) days in advance.
