Eurotel definition

Eurotel means an entity which is or will be a direct or indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation, which entity owns all of the outstanding capital stock of entities that are primarily engaged in the broadband communications, broadcasting and cable television business in Continental Europe (outside of France).
Eurotel means NTL Cablecom Holding GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation, or any other holding entity which is wholly owned by the Corporation and holds the entire issued and outstanding capital stock of the group of companies comprising the Cablecom Group.
