The terms U.S. Registrar, U.S. Paying Agent, London Paying Agent, London Issuing Agent, European Registrar and European Transfer Agent shall include any additional or successor agents appointed in such capacities by the Issuer.
All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Company, the Parent, the Trustee, European Transfer Agent, European Security Registrar and the European Paying Agent contained in this Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall bind their respective successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.
