Euro Restructuring definition
Euro Restructuring means the restructuring of the ------------------ obligations evidenced by the Euro Notes issued pursuant to the Euro Indenture pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Schedule 8.02(m) ---------------- or any other terms and conditions acceptable to the Required Lenders in their sole discretion.
