EURIBOR Margin definition

EURIBOR Margin has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 5.07(c).
EURIBOR Margin means, at any time with respect to each EURIBOR Rate Advance outstanding at such time (for any Advance in Euro), the applicable rate per annum set forth in the table below, determined in accordance with Section 5.04(b) on the basis of the Credit Ratings by Moody’s and S&P on the Borrower’s senior unsecured Debentures at such time: Tier Credit Ratings of Borrower’s Debentures EURIBOR Margin

Examples of EURIBOR Margin in a sentence

  • If such Advance is a EURIBOR Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times during the Interest Period for such Advance to EURIBOR for such Interest Period plus the EURIBOR Margin (such rate to change when and as the EURIBOR Margin changes), payable on the last day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on the date during such Interest Period which occurs three months after the first day of such Interest Period.

  • For participant contributions and/ or repayments withheld from employees’ paychecks, a copy of the payroll documents showing the date and amount of each withholding.

  • EURIBOR Margin equals: (i) with respect to all or any part of any Interest Period falling prior to the DSU Release Date – 3.30% per annum; and (ii) with respect to all or any part of any Interest Period falling on and after the DSU Release Date – 3.55% per annum.

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • LIBOR Spread means, at any date or any period of determination, the LIBOR Spread that would be in effect on such date or during such period pursuant to the chart set forth in Section 2.22 based on the rating of the Borrower's senior unsecured long-term debt.

  • Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Prime Rate Spread means the difference (expressed as the number of basis points) between (a) LIBOR plus the Spread on the date LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan and (b) the Prime Rate on the date that LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan; provided, however, in no event shall such difference be a negative number.
