EURIBOR Compounding Rate definition
EURIBOR Compounding Rate means interest payable at a rate equal to the monthly deposit rate for Euro which appears on Reuters Screen EURIBOR 365 Page as of 11 a.m., London time, on the day that it is two Target Settlement Days preceding the end of each such monthly period which shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a year of 360 days and which shall be deemed to compound on a monthly basis, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
