Eurex Clearing is defined in the initial paragraph of this Agreement.
Eurex Clearing has the meaning provided in the Preamble.
Eurex Clearing means Eurex Clearing AG, a stock company (Aktiengesellschaft) incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, registered in the commercial register of the local court (Amtsgericht) in Frankfurt am Main under HRB 44828 and having its principal place of business at Mergenthalerallee 00, 00000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxx.
