EUR Equivalent Amount definition
EUR Equivalent Amount means amount equal to the Issue Price expressed in Euro (at a conversion rate determined by the Calculation Agent).
EUR Equivalent Amount means the notional amount of a Non-EUR Reference Obligation as converted into Euro, (i) in respect of the Cut-off Date, at the Initial Conversion Rate and (ii) in respect of any other date, at the relevant Subsequent Conversion Rate provided that the EUR Equivalent Amount of any Non-EUR Reference Obligation as of any Payment Date shall at no time exceed the EUR Equivalent Amount of such Non-EUR Reference Obligation as at the Cut- off Date or the Replenishment Date, as applicable, or any previous Payment Date.
