EUR Bonds definition

EUR Bonds means the debt instruments for the Nominal Amount, denominated in EUR and which are governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, with ISIN SE0019175266.
EUR Bonds means the Bonds issued in EUR in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, with ISIN SE0004725018.
EUR Bonds means debt instruments in the Nominal Amount, denominated in EUR and governed by and issued under these Bond Terms.

Examples of EUR Bonds in a sentence

  • Bonds Means the USD Bonds and the EUR Bonds and any and each of these bonds individually.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.
