Monitoring (EUM) Requirements is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Attachment XXIII.

In the event EUM suffers a loss or expense arising out of any unauthorized advertisement, publication or statement of the Sub- Producer, the Sub-Producer shall be liable for and hereby agrees to indemnify EUM and hold EUM harmless from all resulting damages, fines, penalties and costs.
