  • In addition, such arrangement shall be governed by a binding written agreement between EUSPA and the Contractor, which shall specify the subject matter and duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects and the obligations and rights of the controller, in accordance with Article 29(3) of the EUDPR.
