In addition, such arrangement shall be governed by a binding written agreement between EUSPA and the Contractor, which shall specify the subject matter and duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects and the obligations and rights of the controller, in accordance with Article 29(3) of the EUDPR.
II.19.4 Any person whose personal data is processed by either EUSPA or the Contractor in relation to this Contract has specific rights as a data subject under Chapter III of the EUDPR and the GDPR respectively, in particular the right to access, rectify or erase their personal data and the right to restrict or, where applicable, the right to object to processing or the right to data portability.
