  • The Seychelles authorities shall inform immediately the EU Delegation and the flag Union Member State, of the arrest and/or detention of any fishing vessel operating under the Agreement and shall transmit a copy of the inspection report, detailing the circumstances and reasons of the arrest and/or detention within 48 hours.

  • The Union, via the EU Delegation, shall be kept informed of any proceedings initiated and penalties imposed.
