EU Data Subject definition

EU Data Subject means an identified or identifiable natural person who is domiciled in the European Union.
EU Data Subject means a Data Subject located in an EU Member State (at the time Personal Data was collected). “EU GDPR” means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
EU Data Subject will have the meaning given to “Data Subject” under the GDPR.
