ETV Assets definition

ETV Assets means the right, title and interest of ETV in and to all assets used or useful in, or material to, the operation of the Business, including, without limitation, the Accounts Receivable, the Cash, the Equipment, the Intangible Property, the Licenses, and the Contracts.
