ETR Receipts definition
ETR Receipts means all monies received by or credited against a previously paid advance to WM or the first WM local affiliate to receive payment or credit from the consumer in respect of electronic distribution of the Masters (excluding any income from any collecting society or under any industry blanket agreement or any other income in respect of which Artist receive payment directly) less all discounts, expenses, costs, liabilities, taxes and other payments incurred by WM or the relevant WM local affiliate in connection with electronic distribution.
