Eton Ship definition

Eton Ship means the 5,500 dwt double-hull class oil tanker known on the date of this Agreement as Hull No. QHS-220, to be constructed and sold by the Builder to the Eton Borrower pursuant to the Eton Contract and to be registered on the Delivery Date for such Ship in the ownership of the Eton Borrower through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State;

Related to Eton Ship

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Vessel means every description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • tanker in relation to chapter 4 means an oil tanker as defined in MARPOL Annex I, regulation 1 or a chemical tanker or an NLS tanker as defined in MARPOL Annex II, regulation 1.
