Ethos Contract definition
Ethos Contract means any Contract: (a) to which Ethos or any of its Subsidiaries is a party; (b) by which Ethos or any Ethos IP Rights or any other asset of Ethos is or may become bound or under which Ethos has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which Ethos or any of its Subsidiaries has or may acquire any right or interest.
