Ethical Rules definition

Ethical Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 11.19(a).
Ethical Rules means any and all national and/or international laws, rules, and regulations of all applicable jurisdictions from time to time in force related to ethical standards and anti-corruption and anti-bribery measures, anti-trust and regulation of competition and sustainable development or aiming at protecting fundamental human rights including, but not limited to, the Competition Act 1998, Criminal Finances Act 2017, the Bribery Act 2010 and the Modern Slavery Act 2015;
Ethical Rules means the Ethical Rules of Conduct for Practitioners Registered under the Health Professions Act.
