Ethical Behaviour definition

Ethical Behaviour means being in accordance with the accepted principles of right and wrong that govern the conduct of a profession including but not restricted to financial impropriety and accounting malpractices.
Ethical Behaviour means acting in a way which reflects the Company's value system, as set out in this Code.
Ethical Behaviour means the application of moral principles, standards of behaviour and a set of values regarding proper conduct in the workplace. This includes the principles of conduct governing the Municipality’s employees based on honesty, transparency, integrity, trustworthiness, objectivity, diligence, respect, accountability and ethical behaviour.
