ETG System definition

ETG System means a system that utilizes electronics in connection with the generation, collection, storage, and communication of game outcome, accounting, and significant event data, including all Components thereof, to operate Electronic Table Games.
ETG System means the natural gas gathering, compression, treating and processing system commonly known as the ETG System, which is depicted on the map set forth as Exhibit B-1.

  • The general purpose of testing an ETG System pursuant to this Section 6 is to determine the compliance of the ETG System with this Appendix and any applicable MOU(s).

  • After a minimum of thirty (30) days of active operation of field testing free of substantial errors, the Tribal Gaming Agency and State Gaming Agency may end field testing and approve the ETG System if the final joint field testing report provides, at a minimum, the details of testing, any issues identified, the resolution of those issues, and overall performance and compliance of the ETG System with applicable standards.

  • An ETG System is authorized when the ETG System does not allow a patron to play a device prohibited by RCW 9.46.0233(1)(b) and RCW 67.70.040(1)(a) (“Play Against the Machine”).

  • If the ITL provides sufficient documentation that the ETG System or relevant Component has been tested and certified by that ITL in any other jurisdiction and it meets the requirements of this Appendix, without any subsequent modifications, that shall be sufficient to satisfy this requirement.

  • Prior to offering ETGs for play, the Tribe must implement Internal Controls as minimum operating standards to govern the operation and management of the ETG System.

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages Hardware for Programs and other software.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Billing System means a system to issue Invoices relating to charges payable by each party under an Access Agreement;

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output.   • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Monitoring System means a system established by BNY to fulfill the Responsibilities specified in clauses (d) and (e) of Section 1 of Article III of this Agreement.

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
