DuPont will, subject to availability, endeavor to ship replacement PFA, ETFE, or PTFE Product to Entegris within seven (7) days of receipt of notification of such rejection and will fully credit Entegris for the rejected PFA, ETFE, or PTFE Product upon receipt of such rejected Product.
DuPont may, at its option, obtain samples of the rejected PFA Product, ETFE Product, or PTFE Product from Entegris for analysis.
