ETF Reclassification definition
ETF Reclassification means (i) the reclassification of the ETF Shares or (ii) the acquisition of the ETF by, or the aggregation of ETF into, another fund whose mandate, risk-profile and/or benchmarks the Index Calculation Agent, after instruction from the Index Sponsor, determines to be different from the mandate, risk-profile and/or benchmark as of the Index Launch Date (or any proposal for the foregoing occurs).
