ETCP definition

ETCP means a Sublicensee of Myriad (or any of its Affiliates) that becomes responsible for all or any portion of the development or commercialisation of the Compound or Product in any or all countries outside of the Territory, for its own account and not as a service provider or other subcontractor of Myriad (or its Affiliate, as applicable).
