  • By having the collection authority, ESTM AG ensures with its payment processing partner that the customer can firstly meet their payment obligation via a variety of the common payment methods and secondly that the fee is paid directly by the customer to the SP.

  • The customer receives the booking confirmation and the necessary authorizations (QR codes, vouchers, etc.) electronically from ESTM AG after the booking has been made.
