Estimated Usage or "Forecast" is the quantity Buyer reasonably expects to Release, however, Buyer shall not be obligated to Release such quantities of Items.

Estimated Usage means the information Borrower may deliver as part of the EPA ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® regarding the energy and water consumption at the entire Mortgaged Property. Borrower may use Estimated Usage when Borrower is unable to utilize or provide to the EPA complete and accurate information about the energy and water consumption at the Mortgaged Property for the designated period of time required by the EPA.

  • If the Order Information section of this Agreement indicates that estimated payments are required, CWI will notify the Carrier on the last day of the "Estimated Usage Period," or if such day is not a business day, on the next business day, as to CWI's estimate of the charges incurred by the Carrier during such period.
