Estimated Duration has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Examples of Estimated Duration in a sentence

  • If all or part of the Force Majeure continues to exist beyond the Estimated Duration, then the non-claiming Party may take any action it deems commercially reasonable under the circumstances.
