Established place definition

Established place means real estate in the City owned, leased on a month-to-month or term-certain longer than thirty (30) days. The term includes a booth, compartment, or area leased or assigned during and for the length of an event or occasion.

  • Established place of business means a permanent, enclosed commercial building located in this state that is easily accessible and open to the public at all reasonable times and at which a new motor vehicle dealer may legally conduct business, including the display and repair of motor vehicles, in compliance with the terms of all applicable buildings codes, zoning, and other land-use regulatory ordinances.

  • Specified Place means the place, if any, specified in the notice of any meeting of the shareholders, or adjourned meeting of the shareholders, at which the chairman of the meeting shall preside;

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Established Rate means the rate for the conversion of the Specified Currency (including compliance with rules relating to roundings in accordance with applicable European Union regulations) into euro established by the Council of the European Union pursuant to Article 140 of the Treaty;

  • Established means present in a country, state, county or other area, multiplying and expected to continue.
