Established a home means that the individual continuously maintains a primary place of residence in Nebraska where the individual is habitually present.
Established a home. : shall mean that the individual continuously maintains a primary place of residence in Nebraska where the individual is habitually present. For the purpose of determining tuition rates, students living in on-campus housing for one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days have “established a home.”
