Essure Labeling definition
Essure Labeling means the labeling described in the FDA PMA submission for Essure, including but not limited to any required patient information, all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter upon any container, wrapper or any package insert or outsert utilized with or for the Essure created and developed by or for CONCEPTUS.
