ESSP definition

ESSP means the MicroAge, Inc. Executive Supplemental Savings Plan or the Pinacor Inc. Executive Supplemental Savings Plan.
ESSP means the Great Canadian Employee Share Purchase Plan, dated November 5, 2018, as amended;
ESSP has the meaning specified in the Recitals of this Agreement.
