Essential Contractual Obligation definition
Essential Contractual Obligation means an obligation which, if breached, endangers the purpose of the Contract.
Essential Contractual Obligation means any obligation which must be fulfilled to allow proper performance of the contract in the first place, and which the Purchaser is able to rely on as being regularly observed.
Essential Contractual Obligation means a central obligation of a party, arising from the main purpose of the Agreement, compliance with which is of significant importance for the other party’s business operations, including but not limited to the obligations in conditions 2, 5, 6, 14, 15 and 17. g) “Wesentliche Vertragspflicht” bezeichnet eine zentrale Pflicht einer Partei, die aus dem Hauptzweck des Vertrages erwächst und deren Befolgung von erheblicher Bedeutung für den Geschäftsbetrieb der anderen Partei ist, einschließlich aber nicht beschränkt auf die Pflichten gemäß Nummern 2, 5, 6, 14, 15 und 17.
