The Administration shall provide the ESPA with an electronic copy (if available) of the aforementioned material.
The ESPA President shall also receive a copy of any video recording (with audio) of Board of Education meetings within seven (7) business days of such meeting.
The District shall notify the ESPA President or designee of any change to the email system regarding backing up, deleting or archiving no less than ten (10) school days prior to implementation.
