ESP Services definition

ESP Services means emergency behavioral health crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization, including all services required by an individual until an acute behavioral health crisis has been stabilized or until the individual can be safely referred or transferred to another appropriate level of care, and as further defined in the General Performance Specifications as well as the Performance Specifications for the Emergency Services Program, Adult Community Crisis Stabilization, and Mobile Crisis Intervention, all of which are part of the MBHP Provider Manual which is an extension of this Agreement. “Encounter” also includes any single service or combination of services as described in the program service list for the Mobile Crisis Intervention/Runaway Assistance Program, attached as Exhibit A.
ESP Services means a service provided by a Client to its Affiliates or End Users through which such Affiliates or End Users are able to connect to the Data Centre(s) and the Markets, all subject to and in accordance with the Rules.

Examples of ESP Services in a sentence

  • ESP Encounter - each 24-hour period an individual is receiving ESP Services.

  • ESP Services shall be provided immediately on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week, with unrestricted access, to individuals who present, including Enrollees, uninsured individuals and persons covered by Medicare only.

  • ESP Encounter shall mean each 24-hour period an individual is receiving ESP Services.

  • The Contractor shall deliver the following Medically Necessary Services to Uninsured Individuals and persons covered by Medicare only: Emergency Services Program (ESP) Services - services that are provided through designated contracted ESPs, and which are available seven days per week, 24 hours per day to provide treatment of any individual who is an Uninsured Individual or an individual insured by Medicare only and is experiencing a mental health crisis.

  • In the event of termination, expiration or nonrenewal of the Agreement, the obligations of the parties hereunder with regard to Eligible Individuals at the time of termination, expiration or nonrenewal shall continue until the Eligible Individuals no longer require ESP Services.

  • The Client may complete the Accreditation Process on its own behalf, as well as on behalf of any of its Affiliates specified in the Request Form using the Service Provider’s Network (in whole or in part) to provide ASP Services or ESP Services to its Service Provider’s End Users.

  • In the event that any provision of an ESP Services Agreement conflicts with or is inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, the ESP Services Agreement will prevail and control.

  • In the event that the Approved Status is granted to the Client hereunder, such Approved Status shall also extend to such Affiliates, meaning that such Client Affiliate may also use the Service Provider’s Network as described in the Service Provider’s Response to provide ESP Services or ASP Services respectively to Service Provider End Users.

  • Ensure that all ESP Providers set forth in Appendix A-3 provide all ESP Services as set forth in Appendix A-1, in a manner that is consistent with the Contractor’s performance specifications and maximizes utilization of community-based diversion strategies.

  • Some Service Plans may be ordered and managed directly through the ESP System, and some Service Plans may only be ordered and managed by signing a separate ESP Services Agreement.

Related to ESP Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.
