  • This Agreement may be amended, extended, or renewed only by an instrument in writing, executed and acknowledged by the Parties.

  • To facilitate the Board of Public Education’s rights of review and disapproval, the Charter Governing Board shall provide the Board of Public Education with any proposed ESP Contract or proposed material amendment thereto no later than thirty (30) days prior to the proposed date of execution.
