ESOS 2024 definition
ESOS 2024 or “Scheme” means the Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company under which it grants Option to Eligible Employees, which gives such Eligible Employee the right, but not an obligation, to purchase or subscribe at a future date the Equity Shares offered by the Company, directly or indirectly at a pre-determined price.
ESOS 2024 means this Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024 under which the Company is authorized to grant Option to the Employees.
