ESOP Plans means the ESOP 2016, ESOP 2022 Scheme A and ESOP 2022 Scheme B;
ESOP Plans means the ‘▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Employee Stock Option Plan, 2020’, as amended and the “▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Employee Stock Option Plan 2023”;
ESOP Plans means Indegene Lifesystems Private Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2002 (“ESOP 2002”), Indegene Lifesystems Private Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2007 (“ESOP 2007”) and Indegene Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (“ESOP 2020”);
