ESMR definition

ESMR means any commercial mobile radio service, and the resale of such service, of the type authorized under the rules for Specialized Mobile Radio Services designated under Subpart S of Part 90 of the FCC's rules or similar Applicable Laws of any other country in effect on the date hereof, including the networking, marketing, distribution, sales, customer interface and operations functions relating thereto.
