eSLA means Equipment Service Level Agreement as set on the Service Order;
eSLA means each exclusive securities loan agreement entered into by Lending Agent, on behalf of Lender, with an Approved Borrower upon an award of Lender assets to such Approved Borrower setting out the terms and conditions of such award and incorporating by reference the terms of the relevant Borrower Participant Agreement.
